Be a Stud!
The edgy staple of 1980’s punk rockers has made it into mainstream fashion in subtle and sophisticated ways. Studs can add a little something extra to any outfit, and give you a taste of a rock and roll edge, without looking like a KISS extra.
The most classic way to incorporate this embellishment into your wardrobe is through a leather jacket. Studs on the lapels or shoulders add a little spice and rock n’ roll.
The loafer trend has taken off in the last couple seasons. Studded loafers are showstoppers, and sure to get you noticed. It is a very unconventional way to wear studs, and you will find all of New York City sporting this snappy footwear.
Want to keep the studs on a minimal level? Try a glove or even an embellished piece of jewelry or handbag. You can mix and match gold and silver, and play with pointy, bold studs, or flatter and tinier ones. Either way, you’re going to kill’em in the streets.
