‘Tis the Season to be Dressy!

It’s time to spread some holiday cheer! We all know the best part about the holidays is all the giving and receiving, and the holiday parties. So what are you wearing during this jolly season to make you stand out?

It’s always fun to go a little bit dressier when it comes to the holidays and especially for New Year’s. Sequins are no longer considered a tacky flashback from the ‘80s, so try a sequined mini dress. Keep the sequins small to avoid looking like a disco ball and keep your hair, makeup and accessories simple to balance out the glitz.

Tuxedo jackets are super chic and modern and are a great structured alternative to a dress. The best way to accentuate this look is with the accessories. Make any outfit pop with a bold clutch or sparkly jewelry. Get more tips on wearing tuxedo jackets and other menswear inspired looks.

Be daring this season and go for a dress in a bold color. You can’t go wrong with a red dress, which fits the holiday theme and is an undeniable showstopper.

If a new outfit is not in your budget this season, opt for some statement accessories, which are easier on the wallet. Dress up your LBD or a pantsuit with some chunky jewelry. Gold accessories are especially eye-catching and can naturally add warmth to your look.

Stand out of the crowd, and don’t be afraid to be the center of attention. Spread the holiday cheer with a little glitter in your step.
